This policy explains what IKR (Intent Keyword Research) collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, a hashed version of your password (we never store the password itself), your LinkedIn profile URL, your referral code, and who invited you.
• What you enter in searches: the search name, business description, audience and market.
• What you save: keywords, AI prompts and intents you save, with the search they came from.
• Usage: when you run searches, so we can apply the free limits and referral bonuses.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to stop repeated login attempts. It is not stored in our database.

How we use it

• To run your searches and show your results.
• To keep your account secure, confirm your email, and send password reset emails.
• To apply search limits and referral bonuses, and to prevent abuse.
• To show your LinkedIn profile on the public Find referral code page, only if you choose to be listed.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

The public Find referral code page

If you tick "Show my LinkedIn profile on the public Find referral code page", your LinkedIn URL, a name taken from it, and the month you joined are shown publicly so people can ask you for a referral code. Your email is never shown. You can turn this off at any time on your Account page, and you are removed from that page straight away.

Cookies and local storage

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. It is essential for the service and is not used for tracking. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and saved items until you delete them. Search results that you don't save are kept in server memory for a few hours and are then discarded.

Your choices and rights

• Update your LinkedIn URL, your Find referral code listing and your password on your Account page.
• Delete saved items at any time, or delete your whole account from your Account page; this removes your account, saved items and your Find referral code listing.
• For any other request, such as a copy of your data, contact us.

Children

IKR is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. For significant changes, we'll let members know by email.
