By creating an account or using IKR (Intent Keyword Research), you agree to these terms.

The service

IKR is a free, invite-only keyword research tool. You need a valid referral code from an existing member to join.

Free limits and referral bonuses

• Each account can run 2 searches a day and 15 a month. Searches that fail are not counted.
• You earn +5 searches in the current month for each person who joins with your referral code and runs their first search. There is no limit on how many people you can invite. Bonuses don't carry over to the next month.
• We may change limits and bonuses, and we may remove bonuses earned through abuse.

Messages in the app

IKR is free. In return, the app may show messages about services offered by the person who runs IKR. You can close them at any time.

Your account

• Give accurate details, including your own email address and your own LinkedIn profile.
• One account per person. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• If you choose to be listed in the referral directory, you agree that your LinkedIn profile URL is shown publicly as described in the Privacy Policy. You can stop being listed at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• create multiple or fake accounts, or use fake or someone else's LinkedIn profile, for example to collect referral bonuses;
• automate, scrape or resell the service, or try to get around the limits;
• use it for anything illegal, or try to disrupt or break into the service.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, together with the bonuses they earned.

Results

Keywords come from Google's search suggestions, and AI is used to judge relevance. "Search demand" and "ranking chance" are estimates to help you prioritise, not measurements. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic or any business result. Check important decisions yourself.

Availability and liability

IKR is provided free and "as is", without warranties. It may be unavailable at times, and we may change or end it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of IKR.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using IKR after a change, the new terms apply. For significant changes, we'll let members know by email.
